"The place is amazing, right on the Thames. The surroundings are just amazng. Really enjoyed the pool and the sauna and steam room. Staff were very friendly and helpfull."

We walked to the Jasmine and Olive restaurant excellent food about ten minutes walk away. "

"There was a lack of communication on how to access the property. We had to call to get the instructions from the number that was on the door and they didn’t seem aware that we had even booked. We’ve finished our stay and there is still no response to our messages. Wi-Fi wasn’t working. The cleanliness could be improved (moldy food left in the fridge and cobwebs). On a positive note, it was in a great location in town. However, it is important to be aware that overnight parking is expensive in...
