"Really amazing. Spotless. Ideally set back from main road so quiet, despite pub nearby which was always quiet and peaceful. Very convenient and easy walk for city centre. Staff so very helpful, for which we were most thankful. No food as expected but Tesco Express close by for breakfast takeout. Five minutes walk to Fresco Italian family owned restaurant for dinner: worth visit to Oxford just for that! "

"We were only here one night, but I loved staying in this flat! It was a real insight into how people live their everyday lives in a city the size of Oxford. Manu was excellent about communicating with us and made sure we would have no trouble finding the flat or getting into it. I wish we could have stayed here longer, and I would definitely reach out to him again if I ever travel back this way!"

"the staff, food and cleanliness are what makes this property worth the stay. The food was excellent quality, the rooms were super clean, its easy to get into oxford from there and the above all else the staff went above and beyond. Wonderful stay and would go again if visiting oxford thank you "

"It’s our second time staying at this property. It’s convenient, clean & overall a nice place to stay. As soon as you enter, it smells nice and fresh. The rooms are a good size, generally clean. You can’t hear any outside noise, or from other rooms. You can hear people walking through the corridor but that’s expected (it wasn’t bad at all). The staff were very polite and helpful. There were only two things I felt could be better - providing dressing gown and/or slippers and the windows in our...

"Everything from when we entered to checkout was perfect. The building is unique and landscape is beautiful. Rooms are bigger than the standard European hotels. Service was excellent! Walking distance to everything. One of the best experiences I’ve had this trip. Must stay when in Oxford. "

"The property was great! We were allowed to check in early to stay out of the rain which was very kind! The bed was comfy, but a little small! The TV was great! We had great channels to watch in the evenings! The bathroom was a good size and the shower pressure was great!!! Very happy with our stay!! "

"Dropping off bags SO helpful, and all the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Excellent continental breakfast included. So walkable in this beautiful university town full of history. "

"What a great find! If you are staying in Oxford Iffley Town House is the perfect place for one two or three nights away. Located close to the city centre with bus stops both ways literally outside the door, its convenient. The room was spacious, clean and with great towels and soap provided. There was even a fan and it was a warm night so it was appreciated. Bed was large. Communication and directions to enter the property simple and easy. When I rang the owner as I had a problem with parking...
