Good location, clean room. The pillows could be better and the fan was making a lot of noise. Overall good place.

Reasonable price for the location on Cowley Road across from the O2, which is busy on the weekends into the early hours Clean sheets, floors and bathroom. A bit less so on the walls and light switches. No issues with self serve entry and key system, so never had reason to speak to any staff.

Aspectos positivos: Limpieza y servicios
I picked this property as we had tickets for a gig at the O2 Academy and wow, it could not have been any closer! Literally a 20 second walk across the road, which when the gig finished was amazing to be able to just fall straight into bed! The place itself is fine, could be better but as a one night stay it was perfectly adequate. The code for the door was emailed to me and worked perfectly, we had no issues. The showers are pretty rubbish (we had 2 rooms and both were the same), the shower heads leak a lot so the pressure is poor, and both bathrooms had a weird smell to them. But we weren’t that bothered by it, we were in town for one night and for what we needed it was perfect. Would absolutely stay again if we return to the O2 Academy.

The room was spacious, had a comfortable bed, and great shower. It was very plain white with minimal decoration. No air conditioning, but a good floor fan that kept us sufficiently comfortable. You are given a security code for self check in and the rooms are up a staircase to the second floor. You can hear other people open and close their doors but no one bothered us. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants -- middle Eastern, Chinese, Turkish, Gelato-- and convenient shops and buses nearby. Lots of wonderful languages spoken in this area and friendly people. It's about a 15 minute walk to the tourist info as t city center where we picked up the hop on, hop off tourist bus (good idea). We'd stay there again

Aspectos negativos: Limpieza, personal, servicios y instalaciones y estado del alojamiento
The photos are NOT AT ALL accurate. The place was not as advertised. The hallways were grimy, the shade on the window was tied closed so couldn’t see outside if you wanted to, although there was tea/coffee set up-only decaf was available and the milk pods were curdled. The decor was non-existent, totally barren and cold-Fluorescent overhead lighting, tiny bathroom, a larger person would not be able to fit in the shower, sitting on the toilet your knees almost touch the sink which was inches from the shower. Super thin walls- could hear every cough from my neighbor. And then the bed - it was like a cement block with a thin mattress pad over it, my body took a beating from that bed and the terrible pillows, couldn’t get comfortable so I struggled to sleep the three nights I had to stay there. Staff? What staff- Zero response from inquiries prior to arrival. The positives- check in process was simple (yet unsettling to find your room door wide open upon arrival), the room itself seemed clean, tv and WiFi worked, Although cheaper than many places in Oxford, it should have been half of what I paid- far too expensive for this experience. Do yourself a favor and Find something else.
