"Checking in was easy and the front desk did let me know that housekeeping was on property every other day, so requests would be handled by the front desk. However, my room wasn’t cleaned on the day of arrival; the floors had hairs, the sheets weren’t new and the shower was also poorly cleaned. We stayed four nights, and the day housekeeping did come our room was ultimately left in that same condition. "Sadly we checked out after 3 of our 4 nights. Property is under renovation (not mentioned in ad) and hallway carpet was filthy. Rooms were okay, but we had to be moved as air conditioner was not working in first room, but then safe and fridge not working in second room. They placed us by the back door which has a broken closure and it banged open/shut all hours. There was a party in the room on the second night and it wasn’t dealt with. Hotel was loud, we had to buy earplugs. No housekeeping...

"We loved everything about the jw except the pool was so overcrowded and no chairs by 9am because people save them all day. We paid a lot of money to stay here and apparently they let you buy day passes for the locals and it was just many people at the pool. So if you are coming for the pool, I would stay somewhere else."

"Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails...

"Excellent stay! The pool area is very nice and there are BBQ grills in there with tons of covered table space! Breakfast is great, too and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. This is our fav hotel to stay in when we visit the area!"
