"Lovely resort in terms of location, facilities, and very relaxed atmosphere. For a resort with the reputation of The Boulders, I would have expected the service to be better and more consistent. While we met some truly excellent people, there were a number who were just doing a good job and lacked a bit of energy and desire to go the extra mile. The room also needed a little love, with a few dings in the door, chipped paint work etc. Overall, we would definitely come back, but probably only...

"Nice room and location. Slow check in. Ordinary breakfast with powdered eggs, cold biscuits, and sausage. Ok in a pinch or with a family, but we had hoped for a little more. They have a great happy hour with three free drinks and hot snacks, but it was crowded, nowhere to sit, and a long line for the free drinks. We opted for the very nice nearby restaurants. It has a small pool and only two elevators. After checking the great reviews, we were disappointed. Not sure we would try it again."

So we had to keep going back to the front desk moving our luggage from floor to floor. Finally the third room was ready for us to occupy after some time. No communication between staff. Tried to use the pool and outside areas. but pool was full of deprie and bugs. Cushions and chairs in outside area that looked great online were dirty, torn cushions and unkept. Cigarette...

"The room was really clean and the breakfast was plentiful and well organized. The only downside was the A/C in our room that would click off then rev up again over and over all night. It was noisy and kept us up. "
