"Overall, our stay was okay, and we had no major complaints aside from an issue with the room keys. Checkout was at 11:00 AM, but our key cards were deactivated around 10:30 AM before we had a chance to retrieve all our belongings. This was inconvenient and could have been handled better. Hopefully, management can address this issue to improve the experience for future guests."

"The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. I was extremely unhappy with the parking situation and the cost.
I was not happy with the cleaning staff. We came back to our room on the second day after 4pm and our room had not been cleaned . When they came to the room we were asked if we wanted the beds made. The bathroom was not cleaned, nothing wiped down or vacuumed. Very disappointed."

"Although we loved this hotel and its location, we were disappointed to find d that our balcony doors were broken and we could not utilize the balcony at all. I booked this upscale room at a premium price just for that amenity. I will say the staff on duty was very apologetic and wished there was something she could do but the hotel was full. When we checked out the next day the manager did his best to try and make things right. I can’t say much more on how wonderful the staff was even with this...
