"We got the Vana villa with pool, after a mix up which gave us the garden view albeit with a small upgrade charge. Reasonable and worthwhile. The place was serene and peaceful. The villa was clean and neat. Bath tub was a bit problematic, only used once and was clogged. The pool within the villa was used the most. "Enjoyed out 3D2N stay at Mangala. The resort manager granted us a discount to upgrade to the Vana pool villa which was available at that time. Great villa to stay in. Very quiet and private, and enjoyed the pool and outdoor shower the most. Staff at the resort were attentive and helpful at all times. Overall a very positive experience. "

"Waited for 10 minutes during check-in since the front office claims they did not receive any email from hotels.com. However for whatever reason they allow us to proceed to our room. Cannot complaint much due to the cheap room price. Good enough for resting, you get what you pay. Located at residential area and ample parking available. Best if you have your own transportation as the area is a bit secluded. Free wifi available."
