"Zimmer groß und sauber. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Strand sauber. Kosten für Frühstück teurer als in Las Palmas im 4 Sterne Hotel. Auswahl und Geschmack sind Ordnung. Tolle Aussicht dafür aber zu warm, weswegen wir nur zweimal dort gefrühstückt haben. Mit Grab kann man relativ günstig in die Innenstadt fahren, z.B. zur East Coast Mall. "Positive : staying in the durian orchard, beautiful hilltop view with various special building layout and designs, a good place for a chilling family vacation. Negative : most of the rooms are typically small, no sound proof (can hear voices next door), poor room management (no towels, water bottles, shampoo), some rooms are dirty and lack of maintenance especially for those rooms built with woods, no side table in the room and bathroom to place our stuff which is very inconvenient."

"We stayed for 3 nights and loved this hotel. Reviews suggest it is run down and tired. This was not our experience at all. My only issues were pre arrival. It was not clear at all how to get to the hotel. Cable car? This hotel is actually in the mid hills and you do not need a cable car to get here. You can arrive by bus to the GPO (shops) near the hotel. Then you can either use hotel shuttle bus or use a Grab. The shuttle runs every hour. Leaves the hotel on the hour and from the GPO...
