"The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is smaller compared to the ones we stayed in Osaka but still comfortable. The hotel is next to the subway station and it is on the main road. The downside is the noise. You hear siren and speaker announcement 2 or 3 times a day. Our room faces the main road. We think they are fire engines? We got a complain call about us playing music from our laptop on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn't loud but the hotel door is not sound proof. So...

"We try to stay here whenever we are in this part of town, mainly because of the real onsen that they have. Other things I like: potable water right out of the faucet in the bathroom, overall cleanness, and closed to stores and train stations. "

"Fantastically maintained property. Great local access to train station, food and shops. Previous reviews noted noise complaints but we didn’t have any issues. Great place to stay with a family of 5!!"

"The property was exactly what we needed for our two week stay in Japan! We were left alone and weren’t bothered. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment however we found it didn’t dry our clothes very well. However there is within walking distance a laundry mat that was super easy to use and get to. Would recommend staying here for anyone wanting a cheaper stay and a little less touristy to get emerged into Japan. "

"As English only speakers we really enjoyed our time at BaliAn even though most of the staff spoke only a small amount of English. They really looked after us, and with the use of Google Translate we managed to get things sorted out very quickly.
