"以下是我個人住宿體驗： 1. 訂房的時候已要求雙床房，到達時才說沒有雙床房了！我要額外付費加床！ 2. 房間內洗手間沒有提供洗手液！（明白不會提供個人用品）但是沒有洗手液或soap不太接受！要call housekeeping才給！ 3. 電梯很慢，每次都要等很久！ 4. 房間內電視感應很慢，要按很多次才有反應！ 5. 職員不足夠，打電話給前台、服務中心、房間清潔，很久才有人接電話！等候的時間也很長！ 6. 游泳池每個月第一週的星期一會進行維護！前台沒有提醒客人！我本來安排了游泳，撲空了！ 7. 早餐選擇很多，但是假日很多人！人流管理不善！9點下去，9:30才進去！只有30分鐘用餐！一到10:00，所有食物和飲料都收起來！另外，負責煮麵的女士，十分沒有禮貌！ ..."

"日本人のスタッフもおり、何不自由なく過ごせました。 荷物も部屋まで届けていただき、有難うございました。 夕食までのひと時を屋上のプールで過ごし、地下では大浴場まで 完備されており、至れり尽くせりのサービスに大満足でした。 夕食は、最上階の上海料理を頂きましたが、本格的な素材の料理に 舌鼓をうちました。大変美味しゅうございました。 台北を訪れたら必ず再訪したいと思っております。"

"Property is beautiful. All amenities are either on site or a shuttle bus away (pool). There is no onsite washing machine but there is laundry service for a few. Restaurant food was amazing.
