"已經連續第七年來這，因為小朋友喜歡，但是自助餐點沒有進步，幼兒戲水池已經公布多年說在施工沒有開放，游泳池小朋友眾多，水並不清澈。 房間地上免不了有其他住客去福隆海水浴場帶回來的沙無法完全清乾淨，其所有會一直回住是在新北市沒有又能住宿又鄰近沙灘，明年還有沙雕可以看的地方。"

"以下是我個人住宿體驗： 1. 訂房的時候已要求雙床房，到達時才說沒有雙床房了！我要額外付費加床！ 2. 房間內洗手間沒有提供洗手液！（明白不會提供個人用品）但是沒有洗手液或soap不太接受！要call housekeeping才給！ 3. 電梯很慢，每次都要等很久！ 4. 房間內電視感應很慢，要按很多次才有反應！ 5. 職員不足夠，打電話給前台、服務中心、房間清潔，很久才有人接電話！等候的時間也很長！ 6. 游泳池每個月第一週的星期一會進行維護！前台沒有提醒客人！我本來安排了游泳，撲空了！ 7. 早餐選擇很多，但是假日很多人！人流管理不善！9點下去，9:30才進去！只有30分鐘用餐！一到10:00，所有食物和飲料都收起來！另外，負責煮麵的女士，十分沒有禮貌！ ..."

"沒有所謂的服務人員，一切都是用電話下指示 房門一打開霉味就直衝上來，被子、毛巾也都有霉味，地墊毛巾也是有污痕一大片！ 民宿位於很不方便的斜坡，開車來不方便，不開車更不方便"
