"We had a great time at the Shibuya stream hotel. The location is just amazing: minutes walk from the Shibuya station and easy to get to anywhere. The staff was very helpful: they helped provide clear instructions for airport transfer. Check-in process was smooth, rooms were very clean and everything was great. Breakfast buffet was also very high quality. Only good things to say and would definitely recommend this property."

"​This was our second stay at the Aoyama Grand, and just like before, everything was perfect. We stayed in Suite 246 and loved every single detail of the room. The mid-century modern decor is exactly my style, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the minibar is a wonderful bonus. The restaurants are all excellent, and the bar on the fourth floor has fantastic drinks, good vibes, and great music. Having said all of that, what truly makes this place special is the staff. They are professional...

"The rooms are tiny with most of them not having a bathroom or barely even a sink but that is in the listing.If only staying for a short time its all right but it is fairly expensive for what you get."

"We heard fire alarm and asked us to evacuate. We and other guests ran down through the stairs from 20/f to ground. There were no staff instructed during the evacuation. After that, no staff explained what had happened. It was a scary experience. Until now after 3 days, I had no idea what had happened."

"Felt like a 2 star hotel. Eco friendly has recently become an excuse for hotels of this kind to minimize the standard services. Elevator wait time was long and breakfast included felt like a scam as they charge you for coffee. FYI, they have a set menu for breakfast and it’s not a buffet. Although there’s a free liquid they call coffee, which tasted awful. No water or tea in the rooms. The location is excellent though."

"The room was large for a family of 4 and the staff was very helpful and polite. The rearurant was really good. The location was in a residential area near the subway station. It was quiet and there were a lot of local resturants and temples nearby. I would definetly stay here again."
