"Beautiful new hotel, although space is still tight, it is well thought out and beautifully designed. There is slight road noise coming through the windows though, so sound proofing could have been better. Overall, recommended!"

"The room is very modern. There’s a shower and bathtub. Normally the shower is in the tub but Indigo has the shower next to the tub. The amenities (shampoo, conditioner and body wash is set between the shower and tub. It’s great for the shower but inconvenient for the tub. The toilet is unique. "This hotel is steps from Shibuya Crossing and our room was on the 19th floor. Great view. The concierge selected a sushi restaurant for us and it was fantastic. The subway, Starbucks, shopping and restaurants are all close by."

"The room was large for a family of 4 and the staff was very helpful and polite. The rearurant was really good. The location was in a residential area near the subway station. It was quiet and there were a lot of local resturants and temples nearby. I would definetly stay here again."

"This hotel was very clean and very spacious for our group (6 guests). We had a kitchen and living room which are not included in a lot of hotels. I will say the check in process was a little headache when it came to the passport upload but I reached out to customer support via email and they were VERY quick with responding and assisting me so I am very thankful for that. This place is also a 5 min walk from the train station and shops which was very convenient. Overall definitely recommend...
