"This historic home was extremely well-furnished with lots of interesting decor and books to look at and a comfy couch. Each room has its own mini-split AC, and could control the temp separately. I loved the design of the kitchen with plenty of supplies for cooking and a coffee pot. The bed was so luxurious and comfy, it was perfect for the overnight stay. "Stayed three nights in this unique cabin surrounded by cornfields and overlooking a beautiful lake with a dock. Coffee in the mornings on the dock listening to the bullfrogs and watching rabbits frolic. Plenty of room in the cabin for a family and each level is very private. The cabin was clean, well-equipped, and better than expected. Debbie and Dennis are great hosts and responded to everything quickly. Also rented the event barn for an anniversary party. I highly recommend the cabin and event...

"My dogs and I loved our stay at The Latch House Barn! The decor and fittings are top-notch, yet also durable enough to accommodate furry friends. The fenced yard was a very welcome amenity for weary travelers, as was the picturesque, eminently-walkable town of Arrow Rock. Only detractor from a perfect visit was the baffling absence of any toilet paper in any bathroom, or anywhere in the house that I was able to find! A one-off oversight, I’m sure. Would love to stay longer next time, and explore...

"This place was exactly as it was described. The king bed was a little hard, but it was memory foam so if you waited, it conformed to you. It was a perfect place for what we needed. They have everything you need. Including an instapot. I will atay there again if it is available the next time we come here."

"We had a very good experience staying at this Vrbo! Clean, spacious, great location. There were 7 of us Washer and dryer is really nice to have We contacted the hosts and they responded with in a 1/2 hour to answera question we had. Clear instructions how to close up. We would stay there again!"

"Very nice, large historic home! Kitchen was updated and well stocked. Location was excellent, walking distance to downtown. Bedrooms were large with plenty enough room for all 10 of us. We will be renting again."

"It got canceled on my way down had to rebook another hotel at a very high rate and I feel if it was on other sites why wasn’t it put that it was already rented for the time frame I feel it was very bad service "

"Attending an out of state family reunion. Home is exactly as described and was very clean. Kitchen had items to make your stay easy should you decide to cook. If not DQ is two blocks away! "
