"Cynthia was a great host. Super easy to communicate with. The property was as stated in the description. We enjoyed the back yard and grilled out one night. The only thing I would suggest in the future is adding WiFi to the house. We were aware beforehand so no issues there at all. Would just be a nice amenity to have. Would definitely book this place again in the future. Thanks Cynthia! "

"Perfect for me ur little overnight stay during our drive from Texas to Georgia on way to Florida eventually. If we come this way again, would definately stay again. Host was very nice and accommodating!!! "

"Much better than expected. If I had a rental, this is how I would setup with all the amenities like a hotel from both bathrooms, to kitchen, to living rooms and the 2 bedrooms. The water station was icing on the cake. The decorations were spot on. The parking was indeed a pleasant surprise. Matt is obviously a very organized and pay attention to details owner! Only confusion was 2 beds vs 3 as one of the 3 is a rollaway. The location was perfect for my son’s wedding weekend at BDCC and...

"My family and I visited this area for the Dixie Softball World Series. While other families on our team chose to stay in hotels in and near Monroe, LA, we chose tĥis cottage. Undoubtedly we made an excellent choice. The cottage was beautiful, and well equipped, the area was quiet, and the price was perfect. We loved every aspect of the cottage, I believe it was the highlight of our trip. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay!!"
