"We used this cute little house for a ULM graduation weekend stay. It was clean and in a safe/quiet area. No problems. Good communication from the property manager. We did not have any issues arise. The temperature in the house was nice and cool when we arrived. "

"The house is as pictured. There was plenty of sleeping space for my family of 5. The beds were comfortable. It is an older house that has been updated, so there are small issues like water pressure and cosmetic eyesores. It's the best house in the neighborhood, but many of the surrounding homes are in disrepair. "

"If your looking for a quiet & clean place to sleep this is the perfect spot. It is an older neighborhood and area there were no loud noises or unruly neighbors. Average of 5 min from many restaurants, grocery store, and major expressway. Host replied quickly to any questions. Would stay again"

"The property was very clean, quiet area, not too away from where we needed to be and the property owner responded promptly. We had to modify our stay and the property owner was kind to do that for us. I would recommend and stay there again. "

"Very clean, well maintained property. We used the pullout in the game room also, and the teens really enjoyed the exercise equipment. Cooked a couple of times, kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, etc. Great experience!!"
