"after you walk thru the backyard gate you go across a tenats patio to reach the stairs to go up to your unit. Awkward to say the least. The unit was ok, kitchen was very dated but cabinets were painted white to freshen it up. It listed a washer/dryer, but we found none in the unit. We have rented 3 years in surfside beach and this unit was no where near the quality we have had prior. Dont recommend rented this unit."

"My family and I stayed here for our niece's Graduation. It was a great choice choising Dune Our Thing! Andrew was wonderful to work with, the neighbors music was a skosh louder than my husband and like however, upon reaching out Andrew answered right away and though the property was not his nor did he know who was there, he offered many suggestions to help. Of course he had no control over it but was great about!Thank you Again Andrew, hopefully we'll talk again soon!"

"We were in MB one night for a soccer tournament. We loved this condo, and it was exactly what we needed. There is plenty of space for kids and adults to spread out. We would totally stay here again."

"This home was beautiful and very comfortable! Plenty of room for parking truck trailer and motorcycle. Location was also perfect. We will be back!"

"This place had a great location, great amenities, great communication, everything was just perfect!!! Especially the pool dyring rhe day and hot tub at night!!! "

"House needed a very thorough cleaning.I understand that rental units are susceptible to this but cleaners need to be checked up on at times Property manager asked for pics and was eager to deal with the problem Overall property is nice. Needs a fresh coat of paint. Great location and served us well"

"Great property. Very clean, pet friendly, and very well taken care of. Although minor, my only complaint would be the need for better sofas. They should be cleaned or replaced due to staining. Overall, the property was wonderful and I would definitely consider renting again."

"We really enjoyed our time here, only bad thing for us which isn't really thier fault the Parking is very tight especially for a bigger suv. It is not a huge issue, the location was great, I'm a big fella and could be on the beach in 4 or 5 minute walk. All around great place for a quick getaway. "

"The house was really nice clean and well stocked for what we needed. We wish we could have stayed longer but we will be coming back to Ocean Lakes in a few weeks for a big family trip. We would definitely stay at this house again. It was in a quiet section of Ocean Lakes and close to the beach. "
