Welcome to Sharkstooth Cabana at 1568 Sharkstooth Trail! Super cute waterfront two bedroom, two bath beach home with a short golf cart ride to the beach. Sleeps six, has a large deck overlooking canal with wonderful view of fountain, a gas grill and patio furniture, a complimentary golf cart for drivers over 21, full size washer and dryer, smart TVs, Blu-ray player and WiFi! One queen bed, one full bed and queen sleeper sofa.

* Complimentary linens and towel package is NOT INCLUDED for bookings under 7 nights.

*Small dogs are welcome with owner approval and fee per dog.

No smoking or vaping.

This is typically a Saturday to Saturday rental on all in- season rentals.

Ocean Lakes is a family oriented vacation destination with 24 hour security. We do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age and only to families and responsible adults. Any violations to this rule or any Ocean Lakes Family Campground rule will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Parking passes are purchased from Ocean Lakes for $15 per vehicle per day.

Golf cart is complimentary, any damages are the responsibility of registered guests. Must be 21 years of age with valid drivers license and be registered to site 1568 to operate golf cart. Proof of age/ID required when signing rental agreement.

We had a great stay. It was the end of July so the crowds were down. We enjoyed having the golf cart to get to the beach and pool. We were on a canal and enjoyed having breakfast and supper on the deck and feeding the ducks. Great place for a small family

Everything we needed and more!

The house was great, and it came with a golf cart. We enjoyed the ducks, geese, turtles, and cats. A fun place to see wildlife, swim in the indoor pool, and beachcomb! We went to Bingo two nights and did some tourist things. It was nice to come back to Mr. Carson's house every night after fun in the sun.

Great property

We enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with the A/C, the owners were very prompt in regards to repair when they couldn’t get repair person until the next afternoon he drove all the way to the house to get it going at 10:00pm. We highly recommend staying with this host. We will be staying with them again.

Special Vacation

We love that there is a water area behind the place for our gifted family member to enjoy. He loved seeing the geese, ducks and turtles. Jim was kind enough to allow our over the weight limit dog stay when I explained that she does not go in the kitchen, she is not allowed on furniture and is in a kennel when we leave. I did cover the furniture with sheets from home as she sheds and I did not want to make it hard for someone to clean. We loved the unit and want to stay again. Thank you Jim

Great location. Comfortable home.

Had a great time and everything we needed was on hand. Very glad the golf cart was available and our small dog was allowed. He even had his own squirrel to watch in the tree over the deck. View of water/pond from deck was lovely with turtles, lizards, and birds. Neighbors were nice. We would stay again.

Clean cabin with hidden fees

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was clean but small and sits on a waterway. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, beach equipment, and washer/dryer. The floor plan is a bit odd in that you have to walk through a bathroom/laundry room to get to one of the bedrooms. This created a bit of an issue for us but it wasn’t a huge deal. As others have noted, having a golf cart included was really great! The campground (resort) was outstanding with beautiful beaches, well maintained landscaping, playgrounds, and even a waterpark! We were surprised to be asked to pay $12 per night per car for parking and also $3 per night per car as an “express” fee as we made our parking reservation close to our check-in date. This was not disclosed to us prior to booking and making payment for the rental- it was part of the rules we were given after the fact. When we raised this concern with Jim, the owner, he had no empathy and just asked if we wanted to cancel our booking. One other thing to note is that shade structures aren’t allowed on the beach - only umbrellas.

Great home for a Vacation

This is the second year in a row of renting this house for our vacation. Pictures do not give the property justice.b you can't put into pictures the peace and calmness of sitting on the deck, watching the ducks/geese that swim by saying hello. The location is just perfect for the resort. We always joke about trying to purchase as this is our vacation home away from home. Jim the owner is very responsive to texts, emails and any needs. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a good time visiting Ocean Lakes.

Jim’s place was very nice! It was exactly as advertised! He was great with making sure issues were handled as quick as possible! There was plenty dishes to cook with and eat off of. I would definitely recommend staying with Jim!

Perfect for our family

This was a great house for our family of 4. It was clean and there was plenty of room to relax. The use of the golf cart was an added bonus. Wish we could have stayed longer. Can't wait to visit again!
