"Did not use the laundry service.Room is clean and the staffs are excellent- super friendly, helpful, courteous and polite. Location is great - within walkable distance to eateries, public transportation n tourist sites. Have a great view of Tokyo Skytree on the hotel rooftop. Free coffee n tea at the reception area. "This hotel is in a quieter neighbourhood of Tokyo. About 10 -20 minutes walk from a subway, depending on which one you use. The hotel is lovely, clean, comfortable with an art exhibition. You don't get that very often! We had the superior double room which was a great size. "

"This Mimaru was perfect. The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful, I wish I could do the entire review about them. The hotel was also steps away from the train station so you couldn’t ask for a better location. The dining options were endless and convenience stores directly downstairs were great for the jet lag 3am food runs. The hotel was very clean and was equipped with everything you might need in the room. They also offered games and other items for free rental but we didn’t take...
