"Did not use the laundry service.Room is clean and the staffs are excellent- super friendly, helpful, courteous and polite. Location is great - within walkable distance to eateries, public transportation n tourist sites. Have a great view of Tokyo Skytree on the hotel rooftop. Free coffee n tea at the reception area. "This hotel is in a quieter neighbourhood of Tokyo. About 10 -20 minutes walk from a subway, depending on which one you use. The hotel is lovely, clean, comfortable with an art exhibition. You don't get that very often! We had the superior double room which was a great size. "

"Our family stayed here in the 2 bedroom suites and it was so useful, clean, and aesthetic 😊 The staff also speak very good English and were able to help us navigate luggage delivery and transportation tips. I will definitely stay here again. The rooms are also very big!! "

"This Mimaru was perfect. The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful, I wish I could do the entire review about them. The hotel was also steps away from the train station so you couldn’t ask for a better location. The dining options were endless and convenience stores directly downstairs were great for the jet lag 3am food runs.
