"Did not use the laundry service.Room is clean and the staffs are excellent- super friendly, helpful, courteous and polite. Location is great - within walkable distance to eateries, public transportation n tourist sites. Have a great view of Tokyo Skytree on the hotel rooftop. Free coffee n tea at the reception area.
