Lovely amenities including a TV, wifi, kitchenette w/ mini fridge w/ a few complementary drinks, microwave & tea kettle; a/c, air purifier, heated toilet/bidet, wet room w/ shower & deep soaker tub, slippers & a personal flashlight, and a lovely balcony with view of the Sky Tree. Also a bottle of spray freshener for room & clothes in “forest scent!”"

"The staff was very nice and helpful. They can speak English. Even if they don't they use a translator. The room was very clean and they leave out fresh towels and bottled water if you didn't want your room cleaned out for the day. Although the bed and pillows are hard, but I think that goes for all the hotels in Japan. The location was good as well, only like 10-15 minutes walk to restaurants, train station and other stores. I would stay here again in the future."

Mid trip, I had to swap accommodations with a sibling and they were very accommodating. They were understanding and responded promptly and kindly to my e-mails. "
