The room was very clean and they leave out fresh towels and bottled water if you didn't want your room cleaned out for the day. Although the bed and pillows are hard, but I think that goes for all the hotels in Japan. The location was good as well, only like 10-15 minutes walk to restaurants, train station and other stores.
