Lovely amenities including a TV, wifi, kitchenette w/ mini fridge w/ a few complementary drinks, microwave & tea kettle; a/c, air purifier, heated toilet/bidet, wet room w/ shower & deep soaker tub, slippers & a personal flashlight, and a lovely balcony with view of the Sky Tree. "The place is decent size in Japan, beds are clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is big with soaking tub. Everything you need is well prepared in this place, they even provided skin care products! And the rental car is THE BEST in this trip! Free rental for our stay, it is a very nice big mini van with free over night parking which is only half block away from the hotel!!! We are a family of 4, traveling with kids could be very hectic but stay at this place makes our trip a lot easier with...

"Das Personal war super freundlich! Es war sauber und die Ausstattung war gut, sogar mit Bügeleisen und der TV war ein Smart-TV so das man u.a. schauen konnte. Das einzig negative was mir einfallen würde, dass es draußen bis 0 Uhr noch relativ laut sein kann, da viele Isakayas ums Hotel verteilt sind. Aber wir hatten keine Probleme dabei zu schlafen. Wer ein Hotel in Asakusa sucht, wird hier voll zufrieden sein"

"The staff was very nice and helpful. They can speak English. Even if they don't they use a translator. The room was very clean and they leave out fresh towels and bottled water if you didn't want your room cleaned out for the day. Although the bed and pillows are hard, but I think that goes for all the hotels in Japan. The location was good as well, only like 10-15 minutes walk to restaurants, train station and other stores. I would stay here again in the future."

"Excellent front desk. Bed is advertised as double but turns out about the same as queen bed. Bed and pillow is on the hard side. Bare amenities but it works because it is 4 mins from Sensoji temple and shops."
