"The house is beautiful and the views from every window are gorgeous! The two fireplaces were enjoyed by all. The hot tub was very inviting and relaxing. My favorite room was the enclosed porch. Everyone said that their beds were very comfortable. The kids enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit. The garage was well equipped to work on bikes and get in a quick game of ping pong. The hosts were very welcoming and extremely patient with all of my questions. "

"The house was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything i needed to cook meals. They supplied coffee pods, cream & sugar, hand washing soap, trash bags, paper towels…. really just bring your food. the showers included body wash, shampoo, & conditioner. The weather got cold, Temperatures of 18 degrees the morning we left so being able to put car in garage while loading was nice. "Me and a buddy came to ride MTB's for a week and this spot was perfect. Nice size rooms, decorated like a Pinterest showroom and totally set up for bikers. We had a hiccup with the initial accessing of the property which was immediately rectified by the host. I would suggest this setup to friends who are looking to ride in Bentonville."

"Absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend!We have stayed in several Bella Vista, AR VRBOs over the last 18 months, and this has been by far the best. Great location, well maintained with a great divided floor plan, large garage, and nice deck. Everything worked well including WIFI. Includes both drip and Keurig coffee pods with filters and pods provided. Full washer/Dryer; laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided as well. All the comforts most owners avoid. "The location was safe and secure, while also being easy to find and located with convenient access to sites of interest, restaurants, and shopping. The studio apartment was thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and provided everything we needed for a completely relaxing stay. The hosts could not have been more cordial or helpful, always available and responsive but never intrusive. There was an atmosphere of genuine welcome from the moment we arrived -- and we certainly plan to return! "
