Nature and beauty abound! Overlooking lake Ann and the hills as a backdrop drop

  • On Lake Ann in Bella Vista , the apartment and home were constructed in 2022.Plenty of off-street parking is available.

    The lower level, which you will be staying in, was built with no connecting access to the upper level. It has its own private entry and key, with plenty of windows overlooking Lake Ann. There is also a fully functional kitchen with pots and pans if you would like to cook. There is one bedroom with a king size bed,

    Tram access to the lake included, where you can swim, kayak, or canoe, with life jackets available. There is a space for a campfire, however, please be cautious and make sure the fire is extinguished before returning on the tram. Note: the pontoon is NOT part of the rental of this VRBO but may be available (to be discussed)

    We are only a seven-minute walk away from the Buckingham Trailhead Back Forty Trail, which is a great walking or biking trail.

We had a wonderful stay! The scenery was absolutely beautiful and made for such a peaceful, relaxing getaway. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Everything we needed was provided. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the quiet surroundings. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape!

This property has the most beautiful view!my husband and I stayed here and thought it was one of our most memorable stays ever! The bed is firm, which we like and the furnishings were nice. It has a full kitchen and a porch to sit and watch the lake. We will hopefully be back next year! Thank you J& J for such a memorable stay!

If we could rate the place 6 stars for cleanliness, we could. My wife has very exacting standards and is almost NEVER perfectly satisfied - but she was blown away. James & Jae make it very easy to check in and strike the right balance of making sure your needs are met while also giving you space - it's easy to think you're alone on the lake. The photos do not do the views justice, their overlook on the lake is STUNNING, and they provide plenty of access to the water, as well. I had a wonderful early morning kayak on our last day. Our only disappointment is that the place was already booked when we began planning our next trip to Bentonville!

I was in Arkansas for the first time and this location was perfect to enjoy hiking and biking plus not far from Bentonville and Fayetteville. Very clean and quiet accommodations!

The house was as described very clean and quiet. The lake it overlooked was beautiful, unfortunately there was a cold front that blew in while we were there and did not get to really enjoy it. But the view was fantastic as we're the hosts. I look forward to scheduling another date during the summer. Also the Chicago style pizza place going towards Bentonville was fantastic

A very nice place apartment with an awesome view from the deck. The property owners (Jim & J) were very friendly and inviting. We would definitely go back there again.

Wonderful place to be

We really enjoyed staying here and the property was very clean and beautiful! Jim and Jae are pleasant and helpful hosts. The place was quiet and very relaxing. Even saw some wildlife. Would highly recommend staying here, just worth it!

An amazing place and close to most activities hiking, golf, museums, shopping, eating. The view is spectacular and the hosts were so kind and easy to work with. You won't regret staying here.

This is absolutely our new favorite getaway. It was absolutely beautiful, peaceful and tranquil with the best hosts. So kind and truly caring about their guests. Everything was exactly as described. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities. Our hosts were very welcoming and hospitable. The property with the lake view was so beautiful. It was nice to sit out on the back patio and watch the sunrises and sunsets.

Our stay was excellent. The property is new and the accommodations were outstanding. The owners are helpful in every way. The lake, nearby hiking, and nature made for a perfect stay. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful View

We enjoyed how relaxing the area was. Everything we needed was available and the place was really clean. We enjoyed the tram and hanging out down by the water. We hope to plan a longer stay and return soon.
