"This was a weird hotel stay for us. When we arrived after a long day of travel, it was around 11pm. There was no one working in the lobby and we stood there for about 15 minutes. We tried calling but no one answered. Finally a very frazzled employee rushed down from upstairs. She was the only one working in the hotel and was dealing with multiple emergencies. It wasn't her fault-- she was trying her best, but she should not have been the only employee in a very full hotel at night. We got...

"Dated, in need of a refresh. Grimy corners in rooms, etc. Sink slow to drain. Shower lever wouldn't go full to get full pressure. Coffee maker didn't work. Person at desk was on the phone the whole time during check-in. Liked that we could park right in front of the room, decent area for the dog. Breakfast normal hotel fare, not bad. Stayed here twice, probably will spend more next time to get a better experience."

"I am mobility impaired and Brick Lodge accommodations were 5 stars 🌟 The air conditioning was great. Also the roll in shower 🚿 with the grab bars and shower seat were excellent! I would definitely recommend Brick Lodge for an traveler who wants excellent service for a low cost!"
