"A lot of noisy traffic starting after 5am. Property mgmt can't help that, but I wouldn't stay here again because of it. One other thing that would be nice is to have the toilet installed properly. It would rock a bit when getting up."

"Property was clean and resources were easily accessible. A self-check in/check-out kiosk is conveniently located in the lobby. There is a restaurant on the first floor which is great. On the other hand, I wouldn't stay here for an extended stay, 1 night max. The room is on the smaller side and had a old smell."

"I stay at this same hotel each time I travel to Sarasota to visit family. I like it because I cannot hear anything in neighboring rooms and the hallways tend to be quiet as well. They have a very nice breakfast selection with some unique items and a big, sunny space with plenty of tables for eating. The beds are quite comfortable, and I find that the temperature in the room is responsive to my needs as someone not too comfortable in the Florida heat."

"Very clean. Free breakfast was very convenient. Parking was very accessible and convenient. Great access to beach, and conveniently located to restaurants and attractions. Only downside was that we had to wait for our room to be cleaned and couldn't check-in when we arrived. Several others waited, too. Apparently the hotel was not prepared for being at full capacity on a Friday."

"Arrived at 6:00 p.m. for check-in, even though check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and was told my room still wasn't ready, so I had to wait. The hotel is in a noisy location, and the room could have been much cleaner. There was dust in the corners, and the shower floor felt oily and slippery. Overall, the property did not feel clean or inviting. The staff, however, were friendly and courteous, which was the one positive aspect of my stay."
