"I felt safe and secure. Enjoyed my stay. Enjoyed food and lounge. I did ask for an extra laundry bag but they couldn’t provide me with one. Had ants in my room."

"It was clean, staff was nice. One thing to note, it is advertised as free, hot breakfast….there is NO breakfast, not even coffee in the lobby! That was very disappointing, as we were here for a medical appointment in the city that was early, and did not have time to go to a sit down breakfast. That is one of the main things we were looking for in a hotel when we chose it. My husband is a diabetic, so this threw our timeline for the day off."

"My room was small, but totally cozy and comfortable, lots of interesting amenities. I’ve never seen anywhere else, refillable, water bottles, it’s nice to have an espresso machine, free, razors, toothbrush, deodorant. Coffee and Tea all day long."

"Came to Bethlehem for one night. Front desk staff were awesome: helpful and very friendly. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was better than most places. Sadly, the carpet and floors were damp and sticky; probably a ventilation and humidity problem. Still, nice for the price"

"The Windcreek hotel is a nice hotel but the room had a slight smell to it that reminded me of a hospital. The heat in the room took a while to kick in. Overall, I did enjoy the hotel and would return again. I'm hoping this was just a one off experience. The staff were courteous and friendly. "

"Generally a great place to be. Unfortunately my shower wouldn’t drain properly. So I was standing in an inch of water. Pretty gross. Also the air conditioning in my room made a pretty loud ticking sound. Hotel lobby had a great vibe, and the property is in a good location. They just need to check their rooms and make sure they are ready for guests. "
