Shower curtain was dirty and the fridge wasn't clean but the rest of the room was perfect and sheets were clean.

Surestay Studio By Best Western Paradise Lancaster County
Breakfast was great! Staff was fine upon check in. Following day we had an issue with our vehicle and though the desk person seemed sympathetic, offered no help whatsoever. A patron staying at the motel helped us out and we were able to be on our way.

2 Bedroom x 2 Bathroom in Malvern, PA
The property was fine except that the room lock was malfunctioning and they couldn’t thoroughly fix or explain how to use it for 2 days. This was very frustrating. The young woman working at the front desk was doing everything she could to help us but she needed better support.
