The bathrooms also have opaque glass on the sliding door that opens right onto the King Bed, which woke my wife up when I would get up to run in the morning. "The decorations are modern, and like 'Hard Rock' theme. Rooms included a coffee maker, and basic other items. In-room checkout was not availble at our departure, and receipt was to be emailed, yet never received weeks later. Upon arriving home, recognized CC charges for unknown items (hence awaiting receipt). Seems online communication offerings are not monitored. Locatoin is good for those interested in Broadway and Times Square, and it is very near Yellow-subway. Very dissapointed in...

"The property is well located for business or sightseeing in midtown. The lobby is welcoming and the rooms large by NYC standards. However, I was on the 4th floor looking straight into a dark wall making the room extremely dark at all times. Also the shower would not drain properly meaning I was showering knee deep water despite reporting it to reception. An ok stay with so-so friendly staff, ok breakfast and not much else going on."
