"Staff were brilliant. Hotel was spotless, Room and bathroom, very clean. Buffet breakfast, cooked and continental was superb, and was constantly being topped up. Free parking was a bonus. Would definitely stay again"

My only gripe was the chicken pathia was not spicy and way to much fresh tomatoes. Other than that it was a great 2 days stayed."

"Boutique hotel in centre of local park. Some quirky features add character. Friendly staff and nice bar.. Very limited parking and no regard for disabled bays or apparent enforcement. Alternative parking is not free and a short walk away from hotel. My third stay and heating and cooling rooms remains a real issue. Freezing in winter, roasting in summer. Other gripe is that the bathroom door is frosted, except for a broad clear strip all around the edge meaning your room mate can see everything...

"I stayed in a room with a king size bed which was as very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice. All the staff were very friendly and one young lad who was training to work on the front desk, helped me with my check in and showed and helped me down some steps to my room with my suitcase and bags. Unfortunately, I didn’t get time to use the facilities this time but I have used them many times in the past and enjoyed them."

"A room fridge would have been nice. Being able to keep the bathroom door open would also have been nice. I want to play the lobby's display guitars! Why put strings on them if we can't play them? (No one likes a tease! 😆) Very cozy and comfortable, though. An easy walk to the city centre and the train station - so convenient!"

"All staff were welcoming and very friendly. Comfy bed. The room smell was too much with laundry or cleaning products that are heavy with synthetic fragrances and gave me a headache in the first hour. Less is more, not everyone can tolerate it. "

"The location is 10/10 convenient! We stayed the night before a super early flight the next day. When we got there, the hotel was super busy, even at 9pm. People are hanging out in the lobby, having food, playing ping pong etc. So if this is not your vibe, and you just want a chill night in, this might not be the place for you.
