"This place is awesome, well accommodated, nice kitchen and bedrooms; my kids didn’t want to leave. It’s a quiet place surrounded by farms and can keep the cars inside the garage. I’ll definitely go back to this place on my next visit to Lancaster."

"Absolutely perfect! Kitchen had everything we needed. Check-in was very simple. The property is very inviting and relaxing. Beds are extremely comfortable. We definitely recommend this property. "

"The place was nice and neat with all modern finishes. The two bedrooms had nice large beds with tvs and the kitchen was nice and new. The owner lives upstairs and lives there so being aware of the living situation is important but if you’re looking for a great view, location and place to stay that’s quiet and well appointed, this is it!"

"My mother and I always do a mother-daughter trip to the Amish Country every summer. And we tried VRBO for the first time and came across this place. We fell in love instantly. It feels like home, great little coffee bar, supplies ice and a pitcher of water. The place was immaculate. The hot tub was great, especially at night. "This is our second trip to Waters Edge. The house has everything and the host is awesome. We had a couple very minor issues while staying there (ice machine was leaking, and a beep noise was coming from the pool filter) and he responded immediately to get them taken care of. There are plenty of nice touches that you don't see at all rental properties - complimentary coffee and wine, all linens, and the above mentioned ice machine. We hope to be back, as long as our schedules allow it!"

"I have been looking at this property for a few years, wanting a place with a full kitchen and a private house. I gave 5 stars because it was pretty much what I was looking for. The plastic covering on the beds was a bit uncomfortable. I realize it’s more sanitary although I would suggest a washable fitted cover over the plastic mattress pad and then the sheets. It would cut the extra sweating that occurs lying on a sheet over the plastic. Also there was only one extremely worn out dish...

"Great retreat in nature! The cabin is beautiful and has everything you need. We loved the hot tub and all the outdoor sitting spaces. Stocked kitchen and grocery store less than 10 minutes away was wonderful for cooking meals together. Bedrooms were spacious & comfortable. We would definitely come stay here again! "
