My only issue is that the model is unclear: it’s got a high-end look but attempts to have a hands-off, all online check-in experience. "The hotel was closed upon arrival and no one ever arrived. The windows were broken and there was an odor of cat urine and a dozen feral cats.
We left since the hotel was closed and sought other accommodations.
I will demand a full refund from Expedia and my credit card company.
