"The town of Woodstock is about 15 minutes away. The view of the Catskills was incredible from the back screened in porch. Nice and clean and well equipped. "

"House is ideal for large groups. In addition to wonderful pool and hot tub there are several large seating areas where everyone can gather. In evening there ‘s an outdoor fireplace with seating for 10…pretty magical! House is at end of a quiet street and has very nice landscaping. Furnishings are chateau-like with many luxurious finishes. Walking trail to Hudson River available. If you’re into equestrian events, check out HITS in Saugerties a top flight show facility with jumpers. Across...

"The house was perfect for us. Location was good for us also. The house was clean and neat. It was priced right. There were a few little quirks. I’m sure all will be taken care of after I share them with the host. We were comfortable in the family room. Our beds were comfortable and the kitchen worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this house and stay again. One thing I do not recommend it for children. Adults only. "

"Very comfortable home with a lot of space for a family of six. Comfy beds and large bedrooms are a definite plus. The lower level with a ping pong table, puzzles and games made for a lot of fun and competition. One thing to point out is that there is no access to laundry at the home-we missed that in the listing. The convenience to town was great for groceries and supplies. I highly recommend this home for your trip to the Catskills…you won’t be disappointed! "

"We had a fantastic few days at Bellavista with a large group of friends. We enjoyed the gorgeous views, the peace and quiet and secluded nature of the property, the space and the facilities. The garden was extremely enjoyable with the swimming pool, the fire pit and so much more! Thank you!We hope we will be able to come back again soon and really recommend this property."

"We chose this property because of the age (1740s farmhouse) and convenient location in the southern Berkshires only 15 minutes or so from Great Barrington. The house did not disappoint. It is a very charming farmhouse in excellent condition for its age and with modern amenities. As we only had four adults, there was plenty of room to spread out. The property is very private off the main road with beautiful surroundings. We only wish the weather were cooler or we would have enjoyed a wonderful...
