"Our stay in Swanhaven was absolutely splendid! The accommodation is in a perfect location, with the beautiful Swan Lake only a 5 minute walk away! The house is spacious and tidy, with most amenities available. "We were after a quiet location for an overnight stay and we found it in this property. It had everything we needed to stay, including cooking facilities. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. It had plenty of facilities for children, including a big playground, trampoline and swing. Even has a boat in the dam with the ducks. Would be more than happy to stay again. Thank you."

"Lovely property, neat modern furniture. Excellent ceiling fans,beautiful outlook right on water. Just a bit dusty, heavy dust on aircon vents which indicates filters havent been cleaned,bathroom sink a bit mouldy and a very tatty rusty shelf unit should be replaced. Mainly dust on flat suraces and bedroom blinds, plus around toilet tiles. Otherwise very niceaccommodation.."
