"Kay is an outstanding host. The house was clean and accurately described. Kay has little touches that really make you feel at home. The beds are so comfy and the dogs loved the fenced in yard. "Kristie was an incredible and gracious host—so kind and extremely responsive throughout our stay! The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured, with no surprises or disappointments. "We enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo. It was very spacious. We only had a couple complaints. The fridge didnt get very cold. The neighbor that was next to us his dog barked all night. There was also a man that was harassing us throughout the stay also talking to me 12 year old while she was outside. He seemed to be drunk but lives there. The condo its self was perfect! My family had a great 4th of July staying here. "

"The property was exceptionally clean and well cared for. We didn’t take advantage of most of the amenities due to our plans but the location is quiet and peaceful and the patio is so inviting! Communication with the host was straightforward and very friendly. We were never left wondering what to do for check-in or anything like that. Check-out was very easy, too. Rose made this process so simple and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again!! "

"Property was as described, host was easily reached and answered any questions we had beforehand. The property was exactly what we were looking for and worked perfect for our group of six adults and 4 kids ages 1-4. The fenced in yard is nice and a big plus with 4 kids and two dogs right on the river. Boat landing is in good shape and easy to get in and out, we used it for swimming also and worked good for that. We went to be lazy, eat and fis "

"Eden at Gracefield is a beautiful property. It was peaceful and serene with a nice mix of rustic charm and modern touches. The wedding was beautiful and I would recommend staying at the cottages if you are attending an event on the property or in the area. I also met the co-owner as I was checking out. He was very nice and personable. "

"This home has a great vantage point of the river! Tucked away, well off the busy road, with wonderful amenities included! We enjoyed using the boat ramp to launch our boat and for river floats. Heather was a great host and very accommodating! "
