Relax in this cozy and comfortable downstairs apartment with patio in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site.

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker. We have coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

This first floor apartment has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences, new appliances, flat screen TV's in all rooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.

The location was an easy walk to the historic district (even for us seniors). The unit was compact but met all our necessities. Having coffee and other basics was quite helpful. This unit even had napkins in a holder which is something we practically never see in our travels.

This was a wonderful apartment in a perfect location. I was able to walk and not have to worry about parking but it was far enough out that it was quiet. It was very clean & comfortable. I will definitely stay here the next time we visit.

Delightful property, this quaint and charming spot combines a perfect location within the historic district with a sense of southern decor and hospitality. Owners were friendly and easy to work with, and happy to accommodate small changes to ensure our stay was picture perfect. My only negative is that I forgot to take pictures to show off how delightful the place was.

Excellent first time experience!

This was our first trip to St. Augustine. The overall experience was excellent. The apartment was excellent as well. Very clean and pleasant to relax in. Everything we wanted to experience was within walking distance. Great property location and very well maintained.

Excellent Location!!

This is a great property. It was well maintained. I appreciated the availability of recycle bins and washer/dryer. Perfect location for walking to downtown. If you’re a Flagler parent it is very close to the school. I would definitely book here again.

Safe quiet area..excellent location walkable to all restaurants, attractions etc. Apt complex is beautifully landscaped, units arespotless, updated and very comfortable. A/C, humidifier and fans. Ample walk in shower. Kitchen is small but mighty we cooked multiple full meals, has everything you need. Communication with owner is excellent and very responsive.We have stayed here multiple times and high quality is consistent.

Clean and close to historic downtown

My partner and I stayed on the bottom floor of one of these units. The unit was clean and had plenty of room for us. The kitchen was on stocked with the amenities we needed, especially the coffee! This location was within walking distance of the historic area And multiple restaurants.
