Best of both worlds with upscale renovations and old St Augustine charm. This Victorian home was built in 1880 and is located within the heart of the Historic District. A few years ago, I fully renovated the private residence into 3 separate apartments, each fully contained with its own private entrance, kitchen and full bath. This newly renovated first floor apartment has 1 queen bed in a private bedroom along with a sectional couch in the living room. Bikes offer you the opportunity to leave the car parked and see the city by walking or riding. Bikes are available from a bike share rack one block away and a great alternative for transportation around the city.

Enjoy the many restaurants to choose from all within a five minute walk from your front door. Additionally, the shopping and sightseeing is just around the corner. Plan to spend the day sightseeing and walk back to unwind on the front porch with glass of wine before getting ready for the evening fun.

If you've come to enjoy St Augustine's beautiful beaches you're only a ten minute drive away. Crescent Beach lies to the south a few miles for those looking to relax on a quiet beach, or join the crowds on St. Augustine Beach with a fishing pier and many great restaurant options.

I stayed in the ground floor apartment with my wife and son and it was fantastic. Perfect location near shops, restaurants and attractions yet nice and quiet at night when we slept. We walked everywhere easily and had a wonderful time. I chose it because of the low price but will return because of the location and comfort. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in St. Augustine.

The unit was accurately described in the listing and is about as close as you can get to historic downtown. Parking was never an issue, and the walk to and from the garage takes you right through the prime tourist areas of town. This worked very well for our trip — we would happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends or family.The only minor consideration with this being a ground-floor unit is noise. You may occasionally hear upstairs guests walking around or plumbing sounds (like toilets flushing), and because of the close proximity to downtown, weekend nights — especially Friday and Saturday — can bring some late-night bar noise. That said, the location and overall experience were well worth it; light sleepers may simply prefer an upstairs unit for a quieter stay.

The rooms were very clean, the bed was very comfortable!! We ate at the on site restaurant. It was very good. I had chicken wings and my husband had Fajitas!! The staff in the garage and front desk were very professional and friendly!!

LIGHT SLEEPERS BE WARNED! Thin walls and close to bars so bring ear plugs BUT that being said, the bed was so comfortable. Everything was clean and well kept. The hot water lasted so long even in the cold. Greg replied right away! And just about everything is in walking distance. I will say the only real down side was unit A does not have a parking spot, a parking pass for the garage is provide which is nice just a 10min walk back to the building.

Everything about this stay was awesome. Greg happily answered questions before we visited and had good suggestions. It was a very busy time (Christmas), but the walk to city parking was easy and took us through areas that were fun to explore. If you're wanting to stay in town, this is the perfect spot. Close and very comfortable, but no loud crowds. Oh, and a nice bottle of wine, to boot!

Great location! Very clean and everything you need right there. Bed was so comfortable! Would definitely stay again. We had free parking but wished the lot was closer in case we might need the car. The location was excellent. Short walk to all of the major resturants, stores, and tours. The room was very clean. The host was very responsive to a minor issue that we saw, which did not affect our stay at all. We enjoyed sitting on the rocking chairs on the porch. It was very easy using the locks on the house and apartment.Having a garage pass was very much appreciated.
