"We checked in later in the evening due to traveling from far away, and that process was easy. No thrills, but easy enough. Our AC did not seem to be working in the room and the same guy who checked us in explained Maintenance is "on call" but was unavailable, so he came to try and help us out, which was great, but unfortunately, the AC never ended up working and we had to switch rooms the next morning.
