"The person at the front desk needs to learn how to tell if a room has already been paid for even if it was reserved from a third party. I was charged extra and am still waiting to see if I’m going to have to file a dispute or not. Nothing personal. Just situational."

"The room had not been cleaned thoroughly and the window was left slightly open from the previous guests which was not noticed. Only other complaint was that breakfast did not have many choices and was not well stocked."

As we are a sporting group we expected a swimming pool to be available. This was advertised for width. It’s out of order until May and it looked disgusting. Should not be coming there ever again."

The room also did not have a fridge or microwave so if you travel with drinks or food there is no way to store them to keep cold. They did have an ice machine in the lobby. But ice only keeps food and drinks cold for so long. There is a very small microwave in the lobby which was not very clean to heat food.
