"Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Not as new as surrounding hotels, but everything was very clean. Breakfast had good amount of options. Only stayed one night but the full kitchen would have been very useful for a longer stay with kids. Would stay again when coming through Indy. "

"You had to pay for breakfast separately so I went and picked up delicious donuts from Jacks Donuts across the street. There is a Starbucks near too, but I can’t have that due to allergies! The property is fine and right off the interstate. It was quiet. I just as there only a few hours after delayed flights and rental recalls vehicle shortages! "

"Unfortunately, the gentleman that checked us in was not trained very well when the fire alarms went off he did not have a clue what to do so we followed the direction from the fire department when they showed up. When we arrived, the person checking us in gave us the pool hours and then once we settled into our room, we found out the pool was closed due to an issue from the day before and they offered us a pool at the hotel, Next Door not a very professional offer. "The room had not been cleaned thoroughly and the window was left slightly open from the previous guests which was not noticed. Only other complaint was that breakfast did not have many choices and was not well stocked."

"This was HORRIBLE. LOUD party in the lobby until 11 PM, slamming doors until 1AM, kids running up and down halls yelling, people drunk in groups in parking lot, stomping on above floors. Told front desk… she did NOTHING. Day manager said, “if it was me here, I would shut it down by 10pm” Also, the pool looked GROSS. Like it had oil in it. Slimy almost. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Waste of $$ and NO SLEEP!! "

"The photo used for the hotel is not updated. Advertised as a non-smoking property, to be welcomed by the day time manager standing in front of the entrance smoking. The bed cover and chair in the room had cigarette “burn holes” on them. The room was very dated and any attempt to fix, repair or update was poorly done. The TV in the room was small. The dogs on the floor in the other rooms were loud and could be heard barking down the hallway. Minimal options for breakfast. Wasn’t expecting too...
