"Before I arrived, I called to confirm my check in time. I was told that the room we paid for would not be available because it's first come first served check in system. I had to talk to the front desk person and they were able to "find" a lesser room, however when we arrived it was clear it was not cleaned properly because the floor was sticky and smelled of syrup. "I didn’t like the fact that I was up all hours of the night due to the guests next door opening and shutting the door until 2:30am. I had to wake up at 5:30am that morning to go somewhere with my husband. Not a happy camper."
