"The toilet was dirty but had a sanitized paper on it. Found hair in the shower so I can only assume it wasn’t clean either. Elevator seemed like it was going to breakdown any minute. Took the stairs the entire stay. Sheets seemed to be clean. Only two very small drawers to put clothes in and one was broke."

"This is an exceptional hotel that is more than worth the money. The food was excellent and was a part of the room stay. We had a supper buffet and breakfast buffet. It wasn’t just donuts. It was a full buffet for both. The rooms were exceptionally clean. They smelled fresh. The staff was welcoming and checked on us. It was just a wonderful experience. We will definitely stay again. "Power went out"

"The only thing wrong with this stay was that the pool was closed all weekend and we did not know about it ahead of time. The bed was awful, very uncomfortable. The rest of the stay was good. The staff were great, very friendly."

"The best hotel stay we have had. It was very clean. The staff were very helpful. Really loved the full kitchen in our room. Mike was the breakfast chef and went above and beyond. I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. I hope Element recognizes the quality of person that they have in their employ. Element will be my go to from now on."

"The staff were absolutely fantastic! Very friendly and professional. The room i stayed in definitely could use some attention to detail cleaning wise and some updates. The a/c unit did not work very well and the door definitely needed to be replaced. It stuck and the extra locks were non functioning. Over-all the stay was ok. If traveling back to that area I would stay again."

"Website stats there is a whirlpool onsite, there is not. Supposed to serve pasties and such for Breakfast 6:00-9:00 am, 845am no pastries not staff to serve. Complimentary coffee all day was cold."

"The staff gave our room key to someone else in the middle of the night. If we wouldn't have locked the top latch, they would have walked right in while we were sleeping! Then staffed called to ask us who WE were in the room they put us in. Completely unacceptable & scary. Our grandson was terrified the rest of the stay."

"The rooms were great very spacious and clean for the most part. The carpets would benefit from a carpet cleaner but overall great room. The staff was very helpful and nice. Hotel is in a great area, plenty of restaurants and stores to go to close by. I would most definitely stay here again."

"Very worn down property, the shampoo comes in a ketchup packet and the “soap” is as big as a quarter. Door to the room took multiple attempts to open from the outside. Barely any towels."
