"The person at the front desk needs to learn how to tell if a room has already been paid for even if it was reserved from a third party. I was charged extra and am still waiting to see if I’m going to have to file a dispute or not. Nothing personal. Just situational."

"Unfortunately, the gentleman that checked us in was not trained very well when the fire alarms went off he did not have a clue what to do so we followed the direction from the fire department when they showed up. When we arrived, the person checking us in gave us the pool hours and then once we settled into our room, we found out the pool was closed due to an issue from the day before and they offered us a pool at the hotel, Next Door not a very professional offer. "Terrible experience. Dogs barking, loud music, disgusting smells, and marijuana odor all night long. I could not sleep at all. Very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel"

"Room was clean, though somewhat dated. Bed did not have padding. Bathroom had a large tub with jets (whirlpool) which indicates a dated room. Staff was usually not at front desk. "

"BED BUGS. I flipped the mattress to find trash and dirt under the bed, then I unzipped the mattress to find bed bug eggs in the seems and then unzipped the cover on the box spring to find blood and God knows what. I left and didn’t even stay and then I asked about a refund from the front desk and they were rude and said I’d have to deal with Expedia that they wouldn’t give me a refund.. please stay away! Motel 6 give me my money back. Absolutely disgusting. Do not recommend to anybody !"

"Very disappointed by the whole experience. Booked six rooms all rooms were dusty and untidy. Stains on the bedsheets, not enough shampoo and missing towels. As we are a sporting group we expected a swimming pool to be available. This was advertised for width. It’s out of order until May and it looked disgusting. Should not be coming there ever again."

"Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Not as new as surrounding hotels, but everything was very clean. Breakfast had good amount of options. Only stayed one night but the full kitchen would have been very useful for a longer stay with kids. Would stay again when coming through Indy. "
