Each bedroom is spacious and tastefully decorated. The large master bedroom located on the 2nd Floor is equipped with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV. The master also has an attached master bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guests have the choice of 2 additional bedrooms downstairs. The second bedroom features a single Queen size bed, while the third bedroom features two sets of full size bunk beds (4 beds total) to sleep up to 8 guests! The bunk bedroom leads out to your private pool facing the beach! 4020 Gulf accommodates up to 12 guests total.

The living area, dining area, kitchen, and half bathroom are all conveniently located on the 2nd floor with a spectacular view towards our beautiful Gulf of Mexico from the balcony! Ample seating is provided for guests in the dining room and additional seating at the large kitchen bar as well.
Guests can easily access the beach by going down the landscaped pathway leading from the house to the white sand of South Padre.

Every stay at Chris' Beach House includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items.
