"We had family come visit. There wasn’t enough room at our house for everyone. This was so much nicer than them staying in a hotel. Great very comfortable house. Owner was very responsive and made sure they had everything they needed for their stay. We will book here again when we need. "

"Great stay very close to KI. Large rooms for kids and adults to game or watch movies. Ball diamond right across the street to practice in downtime. Nice showers, kitchen and large table so we can all sit together for meals. Best part is just a few minutes from KI for quick back and forth for little kid naps and breaks. We would stay again!! Only downside is narrow parking but not a game changer!"

"Clean, cute and quiet apartment. Reminded me of one of my old places."

"We had a great time at the property. There were a few quirks as it seems like an older house, but the owner was responsive and attentive."

"The property was in a nice location. It was clean and well appointed. Large space however could be better utilized. Also need more lounge seating. Otherwise really enjoyed the stay,beds were comfy and again really well situated for restaurants."

"I have never been as comfortable at a VRBO than we were at Bear’s Rest. We live in North Carolina on a mountain, so we loved and appreciated the cabin feel and decor. Everything was top notch. The location was perfect, close proximity to our family, restaurants, and groceries but quiet and restful. We hope to be able to visit Bear’s Rest again!"

"We love staying at Peachy's! The only drawback was a very slow draining bathtub but it fit our needs perfectly! "

The only negative comment would be there were not enough dishes to serve the number of people the house can sleep, or enough cook ware to cook & serve a full dinner. The only oven cookware were cookie sheets. The kitchen is huge with so much potential & half of the cabinets were empty. Breakfast was the only meal we ate in the house because of it. "Property is central to Mariemont, Indian Hill. Lots of outdoor activities nearby, plenty of restaurants. Minimal traffic. Home is comfortable, functional for two. Our second stay. Plan to return. "

"There were 10 of us. The rooms were spacious and everyone could spread out in the house. We loved it! Peaceful and quiet area. "

"The space worked for what we needed that weekend. Unfortunately, a few things occurred/noticed. They use credit card processing outside of VRBO and caused credit card to alert for fraud and not process easily. The yard had not been tended to in a while and was overgrown. The neighbors were a bit rough looking in nature cause for concern. Someone was smoking a lot of weed in the basement one night and property smelled. "
