The house was great. Plenty of room to relax and watch TV, clear of tchotchkes, nice kitchen to all sit and snack, shops, stores, restaurants and fast food all nearby. We walked the neighborhood and found a park nearby to walk at. Our host made sure we had coffee and creamer which was vey nice. Loveland was a great place.

This is a delightful cottage in a quiet neighborhood and very comfortable. It was perfect for us. Kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. Our host was friendly and professional-communicating with us readily and helpfully.

House on the outside should have been hosed off or at least sweep of the bugs, inside was covered in dust from dogs and foot traffic and bugs in corners and on in one of the beds.

We stayed a week plus to visit family and see some baseball. The house is in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. It is a short walk to the park. Also great dog park. Seth was very responsive

Wash machine mold

We have the same type washing machine at home.Aftre washing your clothing the the rubber seal behind the door must be wiped dry or mold will accumulate inside the machine.Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would return to this property.

Decent nights stay

We initially booked a different residence, but the owner asked us we could swap places to accommodate another guest. It did provide us with an extra room and no charge. Location was good, downtown area to eat and walk the trail is great as we had our dog with us. House was as pictured. Trash trucks came at 4:55am but that’s of no fault to the owner. Neighbors were quiet. Good for our stay overnight in Ohio. Owner was responsive.

Family weekend in Cincinnati

Ideal location near Historic district of Loveland. We were able to take lovely walks to the scenic Miami bike trail. The house had everything we needed and the host was quick to respond to questions.
