Lovely Condo mins away from Heavenly, Lake & Beach

Treat yourself to a sunny mountain stay near the lake at this centrally-located 2 bedroom condo for long term rental. Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access that South Lake Tahoe has to offer: Heavenly Ski Resort, Lake and beaches.

Summer Travelers will enjoy jet skiing, boating, fishing, hiking, biking, golfing, hanging out at the beach, shopping, dining, gaming and Tahoe nightlife. In the winter there are fun filled mountain excursions like sledding, tubing, snowboarding, and skiing.

• 3-5 mins drive to Heavenly Gondola and village or shuttle at the corner of next block of the condo
• 3-5 mins drive to Stateline Casino (Hard Rock, Harrah’s, Harvey, and Monteblue)
• Public bus system is located at in front of our street. Uber and taxis are readily available to pick you up at our cabin
• Walk to restaurant, coffee shop, Whole Food, CVS and Safeway
• 25 mins to Emerald Bay, 30 mins to Sand Harbor, 40 mins to Incline Village & 50 mins to Kings Beach

Maximum occupancy is limited to 6 persons. There are 1 Queen size bed in main room and 2 full size beds in second room.

Guest will have access to one parking in carport. Additional guest parking near carport is first come first serve. Do not park on the street.

There is No AC in home. Most home in SLT does not have AC. There are ceiling fan in living room and each bedrooms.

NO PARTIES, noise that can be heard beyond the Property lot line or in adjacent units, or any illegal activity shall take place at the Property.

This place is suitable for family stay.

Smoking is NOT allowed. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside and on the property. Evidence of smoking on the property will result immediate termination and $250 penalty, and additional cleaning fee to guest as damage.

Pets are NOT allowed at this property. Violating the no-pet rules will result in eviction & HOA imposing fine which guest will pay.

No firewood burning or any kind of charcoal burning on property.

City of South Lake Tahoe mandate quiet hours between 10pm-8am and are strictly enforced. Guest shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or interfere, with the quiet, peace, and enjoyment of any and all neighbors.

Home has security camera exterior only.

This property has long term rental. Rental agreement will be sent booking long term.

Only issue really was lagging internet and trying to connect = temp setting was pretty chilly overnight but not too bad. No advance information about fireplace (i.e. purchase wood in advance), but definitely would stay again.

Great Location, 2 suggestions

This is a great spot, quiet and close to Heavenly. First, none of the DVD players are connected to the TVs. Second, the mattress in single room, is terrible and should be replaced.

Cozy Condo Retreat in Ideal Location for Families

Having recently stayed at this cozy condo in South Tahoe, I must say it provided the perfect retreat for our family. Its prime location is a major plus, as it's tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet still close to all the attractions and amenities the area has to offer. From Heavenly Village and the ski resort to Lakeside Marina, various restaurants & supermarkets, everything was conveniently within reach. One of the highlights of our stay was the partially enclosed outside common area. It was a relief for us parents, as we could easily keep an eye on the kids while they played in the snow and discovered icicles without feeling too tethered to them. Overall, this condo proved to be a gem for families like ours seeking a comfortable and convenient getaway.

DO NOT STAY - ZERO MAINTENANCE

HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT STAYING HERE, EVER!!!! The property is not properly maintained which is why we had no heat during a Winter Storm Threat. When we contacted the property manager they forced us to check out and find another place to stay. Only refunded us less than half of our entire stay despite the property never having heat upon our arrival. The dust on the furnace intake vent was nearly 2 inches thick from their neglect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT STAYING HERE, EVER!!!!

clean and convenient condo

We needed a place to stay close to Stateline to see a concert. The condo was a short Uber drive away which worked great. It was clean and kitchen was well equipped and was easy to access. Interior of condo was cute and homey. Only somewhat negative was the condition of the grounds and common space which was pretty run down and while there were some picnic tables outside in common space it was on dead grass basically so not super appealing, But all in all we had a great stay.

Cozy and wonderful trip!

Our stay was great for our party of 6, 2 adults and our kids. When we arrived at the condo, it was snowing and really cold, and we’re glad the heat came on really quick to warm up the place! The beds were comfortable and they provided plenty towels for us to use. The kids had fun playing the board games they had there. We were also very close to Heavenly and was able to get a shuttle (about a block away from the condo) to go to the resort which saved us time from driving and parking. They have one car port for parking and the kitchen was fully stocked! They even had an air fryer which came handy when cooking our food! The host was easy to communicate with and instructions for check in and out went smoothly. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to book here again for another trip in the summer!

Location was the best perk by far

The condo itself had a great location, as we were close to Heavenly resort (although it was closed down due to snow/winds both days we wanted to ski). Power also went out for some time, which is also not the owner's fault in the slightest. However, we booked for 6 people and after a while we got the impression that this was meant for 4 people. There are 3 queen beds and one couch futon/pullout bed, and we wanted to use the couch futon. The owner stated that the linens were locked away in the cleaner's closet, so we did not use the pullout bed. We then realize that only 4 towels were provided. The owners messaged saying that they would ask the cleaners, and then did not communicate anything until I asked again the next day about the towels. They showed us where to find the key to...the cleaner's closet, which had the same linens we requested on the first day. Between the pictures and the rental itself not matching up, the spotty Wifi coverage going down repeatedly throughout the day, I cannot say I will book here again. Additionally, some of the amenities are not as advertised. There is not an island in the kitchen (not freestanding), and there is no patio/deck either. If there is truly a grill included with the Vrbo, we did not see it. This is also not a ski in/ski out rental, as the lifts are about a mile away. It took a good 10 minutes to figure out how to lock the door, as we did not realize you need to hold down a button on the keypad.
