Además de encontrarse a tan solo 300 metros del lugar donde hay que ir de cenar alguna vez si visitas la ciudad, el Top Spot. Una serie de restaurantes en la azotea de un edificio de aparcamientos donde van muchos locales a cenar marisco. Altamente recomendable."

"Hotel muy bonito, muy bien situado. El edificio tiene su propio encanto, pero es verdad que es algo ruidoso, por los antiguos suelos y armarios. Se escucha bastante lo de fuera. La piscina es muy agradable ."

"The hotel is newly renovated. Clean and comfortable. The front counter staff is friendly and bilingual speaking in English and Chinese. Room is small but clean. Hot water is good in bathroom. Breakfast is so so. The 5th fl door is using smart app(website) entrance with Bluetooth control. Safe and hi-tech. 2 lifts to upstairs. Will consider to stay next time."

"The hotel is very well located, the rooms in the renovated wing are nice and big, especially the ones with superb river views. The staff is very helpful and professional but the cleaning was not really good, specially the bathroom ."

Está en muy buena zona, en el barrio de Chinatown, muy cerca de todas las zonas turísticas. Había algo de ruido por la noche procedente del tráfico de la calle, pero no nos impidió dormir y descansar."

"The hotel is simple but decent, located pretty close to waterfront and most places of interest are in walkable range from here. You can find bars, restaurants (the is a good breakfast restaurant right behind and the famous Ceylonese Restaurant next to it), 7-eleven. The was a slight funky smell in the shower and this could be improved. They also let us check in early which was nice bonus for us. "

"The staff were friendly and awesome. Location was pretty near to waterfront and airport (approx RM10 by grab). Just one downside, there’s a Karaoke/pub at level 2 so some rooms got a free (off-key) lullabies from 10am to 2am but hey, I rather that than other noises. But it’s funny when this became a topic of conversations with other tourists staying at Citadine! "

"This property is unique, we absolutely loved it It is a perfect location and the staff are fabulous and really helpful If you are expecting a 4 star hotel this is not it, but if you want to stay in a place that has so much old world charm and character then this is the place for you, absolutely fabulous"
