"Overall an amazing place to stay in kuching, especially if your looking for somewhere with some character. The place is rustic with a few little bits which arent perfect, but place is really interesting, with lot of history and also really clean. The hotel is near the old town and china town, with lots of bar and restaurants nearby and short was to the river front. "Everything was good but housekeeping needs improvement. Second day 19/12 house keeper didn’t replace face towels and tea. Then on 20/12 we left the room at about 1130 am. Came back at about 3 pm room was not cleaned. Had to wait in lobby to wait for it to be clean "

"The staff were friendly and awesome. Location was pretty near to waterfront and airport (approx RM10 by grab). Just one downside, there’s a Karaoke/pub at level 2 so some rooms got a free (off-key) lullabies from 10am to 2am but hey, I rather that than other noises. But it’s funny when this became a topic of conversations with other tourists staying at Citadine! "
