"I did not know it was like a boarding home type of situation didn't there and I came there with five other people there was no way I could stay in it I didn't know that it was three other people and there was somebody in the room that was assigned to me when I booked it and paid for it so I did not stay at the property and I would like my money back a refund thank you I had to book a whole another hotel"

"It was disgustingly dirty. Paper thin walls doors and one cheap IKEA clearance style bed. 1 towel was offered for a three night stay for two people. No toilet paper. We stood in the cold for twenty minutes waiting and calling for instructions to enter the property. When we finally received a stop calling me what do you want text message.
The room was gross the bathroom was so filthy we just simply chose not to use it. Please shop around before booking this property. There are a lot of...

"Absolutely horrible, They lied about how we would be accomodated, the information they provide is completely confising, what they ask of the guests in terms of how to enter and what codes and rules, is just as confusing, they made us wait an hour after our arranged arrival, completely disgusting, they should not be allowed to provide any type of service

"This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this."

"I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. "

"Water pressure was poor, room smelled like cigarettes (and I don’t smoke) and got worse anytime the air or heat was turned on, and bed was hard & uncomfortable. While it visually appealing, it was an uncomfortable stay. Also, my check-in was at 3p but room wasn’t ready until 5:00p."

"First of all, the location of this hotel is amazing. Few minutes from penn station and a subway right at 28th station about 300ft from the hotel.
The room was super clean and tidy, and staff are very friendly.
Theres breakfast that at convenience cost, everything looked okay, but we skipped it.
Definitely will come back again when we'll visit Manhattan again."
